A woman was killed after she was struck by a vehicle in Lauderhill on Friday night, police said.
According to Lauderhill Police, officers arrived at the 2100 block of Northwest 55th Avenue after receiving reports of a person struck by a vehicle.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found a woman suffering from several injuries.
Her identity has not been released.
Fire rescue crews took the woman to Broward Health Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries.
Police said the driver stayed at the scene, and they did not have signs of impairment.
No arrests were made as the investigation remains active.
