1 critically injured in Orange County house fire

One person was critically injured Monday morning in a house fire, according to Orange County fire officials.

Firefighters responded around 7:30 a.m. to the 3300 block of Calloway Drive, where there were people trapped in the home.

Orange County Fire Rescue said the structure was 50% involved and it took 15 minutes to put out the fire.

One person was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The state fire marshal and Red Cross also responded to the scene.
