One person was killed Thursday in a mobile home fire in Brevard County, authorities said.
Crews responded to 200 S. Banana River Drive in Merritt Island that evening.
Preliminary information from the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office describes an “accidental electrical fire,” as well as that an elderly woman resident died.
No other injuries were reported. Officials have not released the victim’s name.
