A pedestrian is dead after a fatal crash in Clearwater on Thursday night, the Clearwater Police Department is investigating.
According to police, a 38-year-old man from Safety Harbor walked out into the road and was hit by a Jeep.
The driver of the Jeep stayed on the scene and cooperated with police.
The Safety Harbor man was taken to where he died from his injuries.
