12-year-old calls 911 saying her mother was stabbed by stepfather, arrest affidavit says

An Osceola County man faces charges after allegedly stabbing and killing his partner in their Davenport home.

M D, 45, was scheduled to appear in court Monday afternoon. He was not present as he is being treated at Orlando Regional Medical Center.

D is accused of stabbing his partner, Enese Pierre, to death in the early morning hours of January 5.

According to an arrest affidavit, deputies responded to a house on Bogey Court around 2:58 a.m. after a 12-year-old called 911 saying her stepfather was armed with a knife, and her mother had been stabbed and was bleeding.

When Osceola County deputies arrived, they found D lying “face down on the ground at the entrance of the bedroom,” the affidavit states.

Investigators say deputies rendered aid to the man who had a shallow laceration on his neck.

Deputies also found a woman lying on the bed “covered in blood” and there was a knife lying on the ground beside the bed. According to the arrest affidavit, the woman was dead and had a fatal stabbing wound to her neck.

Investigators conducted interviews with the adult roommate who lived at the home and D’s 12-year-old stepdaughter.

The girl said she heard her mother yelling “Help, he is trying to kill me” and she started walking towards her mother’s room when she saw her “injured and bleeding,” the affidavit states.

The affidavit also states her mother told her to call 911 and the girl told deputies she saw D grab a knife and say, “No one messes with me.” The girl did not see any injuries on her stepfather.

D is facing a first-degree premeditated murder charge with no bond.
