16-year-old in critical condition after being shot along I-Drive, sheriff’s office says

A 16-year-old boy was hospitalized in critical condition after being shot Friday night along I-Drive, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded around 11:30 p.m. to a shooting reported out of the 8700 block of International Drive, the sheriff’s office said in a statement.

The sheriff’s office is still investigating the shooting.

No other details were shared or confirmed at the time of this report.
