2 pedestrians hit by car in Naples, flown to trauma center

Two people were flown to the hospital after being hit by a car in Naples on Tuesday morning.

The Greater Naples Fire Rescue District responded to Harbor Drive and Crayton Road for reports of a car hitting pedestrians.

When they arrived, crews said they found two patients with multiple injuries down near the intersection.

Crews provided treatment to both people and took them to Fleischmann Park in an ambulance before they were transferred to Med-flight and flown to a trauma facility at Gulf Coast Hospital.
