Two people are dead after a two-vehicle crash in Marion County Wednesday night.
According to Florida Highway Patrol troopers, a 55-year-old man from Interlachen was traveling north on County Road 315 just after 8:30 p.m.
A 38-year-old woman from Fort McCoy was travelling south on Country road 315 when the 55-year-old man crossed the center line and hit the 38-yer-old woman head on.
Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Florida Highway Patrol Troopers are investigating the crash.
