A 62-year-old man was killed in a crash on Tuesday morning in Santa Rosa County, according to FHP.
Troopers say the crash occurred on Interstate 10 State Road 8 in the outside lane around 3:50 a.m.
The man’s SUV veered off the roadway and entered the south shoulder, striking several trees and causing the vehicle to burst into flames, according to FHP.
Troopers say the man succumbed to the fire.
No further details were released.
