Teen motorcyclist killed in Boynton Beach crash

A 19-year-old riding a motorcycle was killed in a deadly crash in Boynton Beach last week.

On May 16, at about 6:30 p.m., the Boynton Beach Police Department (BBPD) responded to a vehicle versus motorcycle crash near North Congress Avenue. Police say the crash resulted in the death of 19-year-old M G.

BBPD’s investigation revealed, G was heading north on Congress Avenue. Around the same time, there was a vehicle heading west on Renaissance Way. At some point, the driver of the vehicle attempted to turn left to travel south on Congress Avenue.

The 19-year-old attempted to avoid a collision, but unfortunately, the motorcycle and vehicle crashed.

G was transported to Delray Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, according to the crash report.

BBPD says the investigation is ongoing.
