COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. —
A crash involving an overturned semitruck blocked US-41 and injured three people in Collier County Thursday.
According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened at 5:35 p.m. at Turner River Road, and the truck had lumber on board.
The sheriff’s office and the Florida Highway Patrol responded. Deputies said they were turning motorists around.
The road has since reopened.
