On Friday evening, authorities said a drunk driver was involved in a multi-vehicle crash.
At about 4 p.m., officals said a bicyclist was walking his bike toward traffic on Front Beach near Grand Panama. Once the bicyclist saw the vehicle approaching, he jumped out of the way. The driver crashed into several other vehicles on the road, officals said.
Witnesses who were on the scene at the time of the accident said they saw a Black Cadillac Escalade involved in the accident.
No one sustained any injuries, officials said.
Officials said the driver was arrested and taken into custody with DUI charges, and additional charges are possible.
