Around 8:20 p.m., a 45-year-old man from Lutz was driving a Ford E250 van north on Nebraska Avenue.

At the intersection of Nebraska and Fletcher Avenues, the 46-year-old bicyclist disregarded traffic signals and rode into the van’s path.
