Bicyclist killed in Clearwater crash: Police

 A bicyclist is dead following a crash in Clearwater on Wednesday morning. 

What we know:

It happened at Drew Street and Main Avenue shortly before noon. 

Police say the crash involved a truck and a bicyclist who has only been identified as an adult male. 

The bicyclist was taken to Morton Plant Hospital where he later died. 

The eastbound lanes of Drew Street were closed for several hours on Wednesday, but have since reopened.
