Local authorities are investigating an incident involving a boat. The boat reportedly overturned a little before 7:00 Wednesday evening.
Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officers, Bay County Sheriff’s deputies, and Parker Police responded to the west side of the DuPont Bridge.
The boat supposedly capsized somewhere in East Bay. Authorities would not say how many people were on board or if anyone was hurt.
There were several men, with wet clothes and wrapped in towels standing at the scene, but it’s unclear if they were on board.
FWC officers said the Coast Guard was responding to tow the boat to shore. News 13 will have more information on this story if it becomes available.
