On Thursday morning, Panama City Police responded to a crash on Highway 231 right off Harrison Ave. involving one car and a stationary train.
The crash happened a little before 9 a.m. and officials said it was most likely medical related, more specifically a possible seizure.
Thankfully the driver of the car was not injured and they even refused an ambulance. However, the driver’s car did receive significant damage.
