Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue responded to the fire in the back of a home in the area of 1065 SW Second Street on Tuesday afternoon. 7Skyforce flew over the scene capturing a charred shed, burned tree and fence, and fire crews on the ground. Firefighters were able to put out and contain the fire before it spread to other homes.

Troopers are at the scene of a deadly crash in south Brevard County. Florida Highway Patrol said the crash along Malabar Road at Marie Street involved two vehicles. Troopers responded around 2:30 a.m. and closed the roadway for their investigation. Two men were arrested in connection to the murder of a man in Spring Hill, after detectives were led to the victim’s buried body. A 68-year-old Green Cove Springs man died Tuesday morning after being hit while walking across U.S. 17 at Lovers Lane, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
