21-year-old indicted for mom’s murder at Hernando County restaurant

A 21-year-old man was indicted on Tuesday in connection to his mom’s murder last month, according to the State Attorney’s Office. On July 30, Donald Donell Jamison allegedly shot two people at the El Sol de Mexico Bar & Grill in Brooksville and fled the scene, officials said. His mother, 53-year-old Claudia Barbosa, and another victim were found with gunshot wounds. Nearly 20 animals starving and living in filth were confiscated from a home in Melbourne this week.
