Marion County and Ocala Fire Rescue crews responded to a house fire on Southeast 57th Avenue around 2:30 p.m. A 911 caller reported the fire started in the front bedroom. A pickup truck driver suffered a medical episode and crashed into a car, then a guardrail on I-275 in Tampa, officials say. The Florida Highway Patrol said this happened at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, where I-275 feeds into I-4 eastbound.   FHP says a 65-year-old Clearwater man driving a Chevy pickup truck hit a car in front of him, then the guardrail several times before becoming wedged between two traffic barriers.  The man was taken to the hospital, where he died.
