Two men have been arrested in the shooting death of a 26-year-old man, which happened on Philips Highway in October, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office announced on Monday. Christopher Antonio Garcia-Jimenez, 26, is charged with accessory to murder and tampering with evidence, a JSO news release states.
