According to the sheriff, a woman was riding her bike northbound crossing the intersection of Okeechobee Boulevard and Haverhill Road when she was hit by a 2007-2008 black Hyundai Tiburon at a high speed. SAN CARLOS PARK, Fla. —On Tuesday, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Warrants Unit and U.S. Marshals arrested a San Carlos Park couple for child neglect. LCSO says Dwayne and Theresa Staron are accused of abusing a teenager by feeding them drugs and neglecting them. Dwayne is also accused of molesting the teen. A suspect in an Orlando drive-by shooting last August that killed a 19-year-old man and a 6-year-old girl will be in court Monday for an arraignment hearing. Tyrik Omari Nichols was arrested in September in Colorado.
