An exit ramp to Interstate 75 South is closed from Bruce B. Downs Boulevard after a pedestrian was fatally hit by a car Tuesday night, according to the Tampa Police Department. Northbound Bruce B. Downs Boulevard was also closed, according to police. The crash happened at about 9:20 p.m., police said. The driver stayed at the crash scene.
