Driver opens fire through window, strikes 12-year-old in Jacksonville.

A 12-year-old girl was shot walking down the sidewalk in the 6700 block of Buffalo Avenue Thursday afternoon. The girl and her family member were walking down the street at 5 p.m. Thursday when a car drove by. The person in the car “opened fire” out the window, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
