The Broward Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred Wednesday in Tamarac. According to authorities, someone called 911 at about 6 p.m. to report a domestic disturbance in the 8900 block of Northwest 78th Street. Authorities said deputies and Tamarac Fire Rescue responded to the scene and found a man who had been shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene by Tamarac Fire Rescue. Authorities said one person was detained for questioning and is cooperating with detectives.
