he Naples Mayor, Teresa Heitmann, was scheduled for another court appearance Wednesday morning in connection to her DUI arrest in late August. Contractors ‘failed to protect’ worker in deadly Fort Lauderdale crane collapse: Report

The U.S. Department of Labor said in a report Tuesday that two contractors could have prevented a crane collapse in Fort Lauderdale that led a worker to fall 30 stories to his death earlier this year. The Panama City Police Department has arrested multiple individuals after a violent altercation on Oak Hammock Drive. Man shot to death at Crystal River home, deputies investigating

 A 62-year-old man was shot and killed on Monday and investigators are still trying to find the shooter, according to the Citrus County Sheriff’s Office.
