Woman who was recent FIU grad struck and killed by private school bus in Sweetwater

Police are investigating after a young woman was struck and killed by a private school bus in Sweetwater Wednesday morning. The incident happened in the area of Southwest 2nd Street and 109th Avenue. Surveillance video showed the bus turning right on Southwest 3rd Street moments before the accident. Aerial footage showed a yellow tarp in the roadway next to the bus. Police identified the woman as A P, a 22-year-old who had graduated from Florida International University this past summer.
