Records show Laura Dabel, of Opa-locka, was arrested on Saturday in Monroe County. Deputies accused her of driving drunk on the Overseas Highway in Key Largo.  Family members and police have identified the man who was shot and killed during an argument at an apartment complex off Old St. Augustine Road Tuesday night. A fire erupted Thursday inside a restaurant on Bird Road in Miami-Dade County.
