An 18-year-old woman was arrested after being accused of stabbing her boyfriend to death, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Orange County deputies identified the suspect as 18-year-old Z C, who was the victim’s boyfriend at the time of the incident.  Months after a 19-year-old man was stabbed to death in Ocoee, his girlfriend at the time has since been arrested in Texas and accused of murder, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
