Police are investigating a serious accident that left one motorist in serious condition on Monday evening. A man is dead after a Monday night crash in Walton County, according to FHP. Troopers say the crash occurred around 9:25 p.m. when a 41-year-old Miami man driving a semi-truck, pulling an enclosed trailer, was traveling westbound on I-10 and collided with a pickup truck.  A child is suffering from serious injuries after getting into a crash with a Sarasota police officer while riding a dirt bike. The Sarasota Police Department says it happened around 6:30 p.m. Monday evening in the area of 22nd Street and Maple Avenue.
