St. Petersburg police help a victim escape through a window during a duplex fire. Crews with St. Petersburg Fire Rescue (SPFR) responded to the structure fire at a one-story duplex about 9:30 a.m. Upon arrival, firefighters reported heavy smoke and flames coming from the building.
