A crash involving a motorcycle and a white car happened along McGregor Boulevard and Entrada Drive Sunday afternoon.
The motorcycle was lying on its side with pieces scattered across the grass near a palm tree.
The car had noticeable damage to the driver’s side.
Neighbor RD said he saw gas leaking from the motorcycle. He called 911 right away, after seeing cuts all over the motorcyclist’s face
“It’s definitely unfortunate,” D said. “Things like this happen, so the best thing I can say is be aware, drive definitely slower, and wear a helmet.”
D said the motorcyclist was breathing and talking to him before an ambulance arrived.
He said the rider seemed OK but needed a trip to the hospital.
We have reached out to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office to find out how the crash happened.
