The crash occurred at West Hillsborough Avenue and North Dale Mabry Highway.
Westbound lanes on West Hillsborough Avenue at North Dale Mabry are currently closed, and will stay closed until the investigation has ended, according to the Tampa Police Department.
Drivers are asked to take a different route.
