A fatal shooting in Broward County is being investigated by authorities.
It occurred shortly after 12 a.m. Sunday near the 1200 block of East Sample Road in Pompano Beach.
According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, arriving units found a man who had been shot.
Pompano Beach Fire Rescue also responded and pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances that led up to the shooting.
