A man was shot on Wednesday night in Escambia County, according to the sheriff’s office.
The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. off of Fairfield Drive. He was taken to a local hospital, says the sheriff’s office. The severity of his injury is unknown.
The sheriff’s office says they have no suspect in custody as of right now.
