An SUV flipped onto its side after crashing into a light pole in Cape Coral on Friday morning.
According to the Cape Coral Fire Department, two people were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries after the crash near westbound Cape Coral Parkway.
CCFD states the driver lost control hit the curve and swiped a light pole.
NBC2 crews on scene saw the Cape Coral Police Department assist with the crash.
Rescue equipment held the SUV on its side while firefighters went through the back window.
The road was blocked as the scene was cleared.
