Driver in critical condition after crash on Six Mile Cypress Parkway in Fort Myers

The Fort Myers Police Department says one driver was taken to the hospital in critical condition after a crash on Six Mile Cypress Parkway.

The crash happened around 10 a.m. on Thursday.

NBC2 crews on the scene captured photos of a motorcycle on the road. Six Mile Cypress Pkwy and Dani Drive appear to be shut down at this time.

FMPD has not provided any further updates on how many cars were involved or the name of the person with reported injuries.
