An employee at a St. Augustine plant died Monday in a work-related accident, according to St. Johns County Fire Rescue.

The accident happened at a business on Industrial Park Drive, not far from State Road 16 on Monday morning. The incident happened at Traffic Material Supplier (TMS), a granular thermoplastic pavement markings production plant, according to the address given to News4JAX.

No other information about exactly what caused the death was immediately released, but the St. Johns County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
