The Lee County Sheriff’s Office said one person has died following a crash at the intersection of Charlee Road and Burnt Store Road North.
LCSO said the crash involved two vehicles. The northbound and southbound lanes at the intersection are shut down following the crash that happened Wednesday evening.
Deputies said traffic will be affected for an undetermined amount of time and drivers are advised to seek an alternate route.
NBC2 is working to find out if anyone else was injured in the crash.
