Father of Florida missing 4-year-old arrested, mother found dead

The father of a Florida 4-year-old who was abducted on Sunday was arrested.

An Amber alert was issued earlier in the day for SG and 34-year-old MG, who were both last seen in Broward County.

Officials believed they were accompanied by the child’s father, NG, 43.

The child was located safely, but according to NBC 6, MGs’ body was discovered at their home. Broward County Sheriff’s Office deputies determined that she died due to a gunshot wound.

Deputies also found the body of a man who, BCSO determined, also died from a gunshot wound. The victim was identified as Andrew Ferrin.

In an initial investigation, BCSO said that they discovered Nathan took the child from their residence after Ferrin died.

Deputies tracked Nathan’s vehicle to a Walmart in North Lauderdale, where they found him and S.

According to reports, court documents revealed that the couple was in the process of getting a divorce.

BCSO deputies arrested NG for violating a ruling that prohibited him from having contact with the child or her mother.

They have not yet released details surrounding the deaths of Mary or Ferrin
