A driver and passenger died Tuesday after a crash on U.S. Highway 17 in Nassau County.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the driver of a Dodge pick-up truck heading north lost control of his vehicle and swerved into the path of a Kia Sportage traveling southbound around 6:40 p.m.
