FHP: Four-vehicle crash near Apopka sends multiple people to hospitals

Florida Highway Patrol reported a four-vehicle crash on the 429 near Apopka on Sunday.

The chain-reaction crash on the 429 near Apopka resulted in multiple hospitalizations, including one trauma alert in stable condition, FHP said.

The crash involved a 2013 Ford F150, a 2024 Cadillac Escalade, a 2022 Infiniti QX60, and a 2021 Hyundai Elantra.

One of the vehicles, a pickup truck, ended up upside down.

The crash remains under investigation. There is no word yet on what led up to this incident.
