A firefighter was injured while battling a house fire in Golden Gate Estates Thursday morning.
According to the Greater Naples Fire District, a North Collier firefighter who was assisting on call suffered minor injuries on the scene and has already been discharged from the hospital.
The home, on Rock Road, was severely damaged from the fire that was called in at 10:33 a.m.
No residents were inside the home at the time.
