The crash occurred in Lake County around 11:38 am on CR-455 and N Buckhill Road in Clermont.
Preliminary details say that the Chevy Suburban was attempting to avoid a vehicle parked on the side of the road when it collided with an oncoming semi-truck.
The driver of the Suburban (88-year-old female from Apopka) was airlifted to ORMC as a trauma alert.
The truck driver (44-year-old male from Kissimmee) was not injured and remained on-scene.
