I-4 crash investigated after closing ramp to Florida Turnpike in Orange County

A crash along Interstate 4 on Monday afternoon blocked traffic at an exit ramp in Orange County, according to the Florida Department of Transportation.

On its Florida 511 website, FDOT said that the crash happened around 3:54 p.m. just before mile marker 77, near the exit to the Florida Turnpike.

Orlando police said officers were called to a “crash with injuries,” but no other details were released.

The scene was cleared about three hours after the crash.

No additional information has been released.
