Road conditions are back to normal after a semi-truck crashed on I-75.

Friday night, a semi-truck collided with an FDOT Road Ranger vehicle near Mile Marker 398 on I-75, causing a fire.

Alachua County Fire Rescue Units units R21, B6, E21, and Hazmat 2 arrived on the scene and took control of the situation.

No major injuries were reported but I-75 was shut down for several hours due to safety concerns.

The road has since then been reopened and cleared for travel.
