Injuries reported following 3 vehicle crash in Cape Coral

A crash with injuries involving three vehicles, one of which was an oil tanker, has been cleared in Cape Coral.

The crash was reported at around 9:30 a.m. on Friday and was located near Northeast 10th Place and Northeast Pine Island Road.

Cape Coral Police Department said that they believe no serious injuries were involved.

Initial reporting of the scene showed two vehicles with damage on the driver’s and front portions of the vehicles.

According to the Florida Department of Transportation, the lanes are now open.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
