Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department crews were on scene of a crash involving a pedestrian Tuesday afternoon, the fire department said on X.
JFRD says the crash happened in the 4500 block of Baymeadows Road, and that the pedestrian is suffering from serious injuries.
First Coast News had a crew at the scene, to which they saw police activity in a parking lot of The Park at Avellino Apartment Homes.
