The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an overnight shooting along Stella Del Mat Lane in Iona.
“LCSO is working a shooting incident that occurred overnight in the Iona area of 3rd Precinct. This scene is domestic in nature, and all parties are accounted for. The injuries sustained by the victim appear non-life threatening,” the agency posted on X.
The sheriff’s office said its Violent Crimes Unit detectives are on the scene investigating an incident.
LCSO said this is an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public.
