Lee Road reopens in Orlando after nearby mobile home fire

Cause of fire under investigation

ORLANDO, Fla. – A mobile home fire prompted the closure of a major roadway Tuesday morning in Orange County during the morning rush hour.

Lee Road was shut down from Edgewater Drive to Orange Blossom Trail. The nearby John Young Parkway flyover was also closed, but all roadways have been reopened.

According to the Orlando Fire Department, the mobile home was fully engulfed in flames, and firefighters worked to contain the blaze.

No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
