A Lynn Haven woman is in critical condition Tuesday after a traffic crash involving an electric bike.
The accident happened around 7:30 am Tuesday on Highway 389 near Bay Haven Charter School. According to Florida Highway Patrol, the 69-year-old woman was riding an electric bike on the rails to trails.
Officials said she ran into the side of a car while traveling south on 389. She was reportedly not wearing a helmet and suffered critical injuries.
The car’s driver, a 49-year-old Panama City man was not hurt. The crash is still under investigation.
